Plus revu en selle depuis le 18 décembre, Christophe Soumillon avait ce jeudi ses premières montes depuis 2026 à Deauville. Il brise la glace directement en fin de programme avec Scutari (Showcasing), un pensionnaire d’Henri François Devin qui ouvre son palmarès au 5e essai. Pistant son rival Alhaeba (Upstart), il en prend la mesure après lutte du minimum. Représentant Juddmonte, Scutari a pour 3e mère la fameuse matrone Hasili.
